Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

If you need to cancel, be sure to give us a call and discuss your options, as we are very understanding. Due to the nature of our short season, we will refund your deposit if you cancel at least one month before the trip. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will be charged the full balance. If we need to cancel due to bad weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a full refund.

If You Need To Reschedule

Please be sure to call if you need to reschedule, as we do our best to be as accommodating as possible. All requests to reschedule are subject to availability, and while we will make every effort to assist, changes may not always be possible.

If There Is Bad Weather

It is up to the guide’s discretion to determine if weather conditions require the trip to be canceled. In such an event, you will be refunded in full.
