Favorite Vermilion Walleye Guide - always puts us on the fish! My wife and I have gone out with Justin multiple times over the past 3 years and also with our kids when they are in town.  We’ve done well early season, mid-summer and late fall.  We like that he’s set up to adapt to the days conditions and changes locations and techniques as needed.  Justin has a great attitude and is patient with newer fisherman - everyone has fun!

I had an absolutely outstanding trip with Justin—truly one of the best fishing guides you can book in Minnesota. We caught an incredible number of walleyes, more than I’ve ever caught on a single trip. And the best part? I hardly had to touch a single fish because Justin was always right there—attentive, ready to go, and handling everything with ease.
Justin’s knowledge is top‑tier. He shares technical details and techniques in a way that’s easy to understand, and what he taught me has continued to pay off long after the trip. His boat is immaculate and equipped with the latest electronics, making the whole experience both efficient and enjoyable.
He’s also extremely punctual and willing to put in the extra effort—fishing a little harder and staying a little longer if it means giving his customers a shot at that big one that keeps you smiling. Throughout the entire trip, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely taken care of.
